View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The Office of Emergency Services shall develop guidelines for campuses of the University of California and the California State University to use in developing emergency evacuation plans for all forms of student housing owned, operated, and offered by the university, both on campus and off campus. In developing the guidelines, the Office of Emergency Services shall consider Sections 3.09 and 3.13 of Title 19 of the California Code of Regulations. The guidelines shall address all of the following issues:
(1)Plan content. The plans should include, but need not be limited to, the following:
(A)Specific evacuation routes that recognize the needs of persons with special needs, such as persons with disabilities.
