§ 62000

View on leginfo.ca.gov“Sunset” and “sunset date,” as used in this part, mean the date on which specific categorical programs cease to be operative and Sections 62002, 62003, 62004, 62005, and 62005.5 govern program funding. The educational programs referred to in this part shall cease to be operative on the date specified, unless the Legislature enacts legislation to continue the program.
