View on leginfo.ca.govIf the transdisciplinary team determines home-based and group early education services to be appropriate, but the parent chooses not to receive home-based services, group services shall be made available to the infant. Similarly, the choice not to participate in family involvement activities shall not limit the availability to the infant and his or her family of home-based services or home-based and group services as determined appropriate by the individualized education program team.
