Statute text

The State Board of Education, on the recommendation of the Director of Compensatory Education, shall, for purposes of this chapter, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations of the State Board of Education implementing the same, have the power to approve, withhold approval of, or disapprove of any program of compensatory education.
