View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)A private entity establishing a career preparatory program pursuant to this article shall not be eligible for any moneys from the state or any school district.
(b)An entity establishing a career preparatory program pursuant to Section 52336 may contract for assistance in the development or administration of that program with one or more of the following:
(1)A community college district.
