View on leginfo.ca.govA member of the governing board of a district wholly or partially included in a unified school district formed under the provisions of Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 35700) of Part 21 of Division 3 of Title 2 shall not be a member of the governing board of the unified school district unless elected to that governing board.
