View on leginfo.ca.govThe Superintendent may develop procedures for the training of employees of local educational agencies in the implementation of the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children as part of the process developed pursuant to Article 4.5 (commencing with Section 51250) of Chapter 2 of Part 28.
