§ 44340

Statute text

Each applicant for a credential, or for the renewal of a credential, shall submit with his application duplicate personal identification cards provided by the commission upon which shall appear the legible fingerprints and a personal description of the applicant. The commission is authorized to, and shall adopt such regulations as may in its judgment be necessary for the administration of this section.
