View on leginfo.ca.govUpon request from the system, each employer shall provide the system with information regarding the certification qualifications, minimum standards, or provisions of an approved charter for the operation of a charter school required to perform creditable service pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 22119.5, in a position.
