View on leginfo.ca.gov“Provisional vesting” means the member has reached the minimum age requirement and has attained the credited service required under the Defined Benefit Program for eligibility to receive a retirement allowance, and the member is entitled to terminate employment and retire at any time to receive a retirement allowance.
