View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The authority shall fix, revise, charge, and collect rents for the use of each project owned by the authority, and may contract with any person, partnership, association, corporation, or other body, whether public or private, for that purpose. Any lease entered into by the authority with a participating party, and each agreement, note, or other instrument evidencing the obligations of a participating party to the authority, shall provide that the rents or principal, interest, and other charges payable by the participating party shall be sufficient to provide for all of the following:
(1)To pay the principal, sinking fund payments, if any, premiums, if any, and the interest on outstanding bonds of the authority issued in respect of the project when due and payable.
(2)To create and maintain reserves that may, but need not necessarily be required or provided for, in the resolution relating to the revenue bonds of the authority.
