§ 11005

EDC § 11005 Effective Jan 1, 1995Div. 1 · Title 1 · Part 7 · Ch. 11
Based upon evaluations conducted pursuant to former Section 11004, the California Postsecondary Education Commission may identify projects that are ineffective or not cost-effective for termination. Funds made available as a result of that termination shall be reallocated for the awarding of new grants pursuant to Section 11003.
