CORP § 28002 Effective Jan 1, 1999Div. 3 · Title 4 · Ch. 1 · Art. 1

The provisions of the Corporate Securities Law of 1968 (Division 1 (commencing with Section 25000) of Title 4) shall apply to licensees.
