View on leginfo.ca.govThe fees of the Secretary of State for filing instruments by or on behalf of social purpose corporations shall be the same fees prescribed for corporations in Article 3 (commencing with Section 12180) of Chapter 3 of Part 2 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
