§ 2292

CORP § 2292 Effective Jan 1, 2013Div. 1 · Title 1 · Ch. 22.5
It shall be unlawful for any person or the agent of any person to file with the Secretary of State any notice, statement, or other document required under the provisions of this chapter that is false or untrue or contains any willful, material misstatement of fact. That conduct shall constitute a public offense punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for a period of not more than one year or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or both.
