View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)Any foreign corporation qualified to transact intrastate business in this state shall provide the information specified in Section 1509, at the request of a shareholder resident in this state.
(b)Any of the following shall be considered to be a shareholder resident in this state:
(1)A natural person residing in this state.
