View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)A lessee has the right to terminate a lease contract at any time prior to the scheduled expiration date specified in the lease contract. Except as provided in subdivision (f), all of the following subdivisions of this section apply in the event of an early termination.
(b)The lessee’s liability shall not exceed the sum of the following:
(1)All unpaid periodic lease payments that have accrued up to the date of termination.
