View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)Except as provided in subdivision (f), it shall be unlawful to geofence an entity that provides in-person health care services in California for any of the following purposes:
(1)To identify or track a person seeking, receiving, or providing health care services.
(2)To collect personal information from a person seeking, receiving, or providing health care services.
