§ 995.840

CCP § 995.840Title 14 · Part 2 · Ch. 2 · Art. 8

If a bond under this article is given in an action or proceeding:

(a)The bond shall be approved by the court.

(b)Any party for whose benefit the bond is given may object to the bond.
