§ 8563

Statute text

Any individual 18 years of age or over may apply for a license as field representative. The applicant shall possess the qualifications and be examined as hereinafter prescribed. The applicant shall apply to the board for the issuance of a field representative’s license within one year from the date the applicant passes the examination.
