View on leginfo.ca.govFor purposes of this chapter, “wood preservative” means any coating formulated to protect wood surfaces from deterioration caused by insects, fungus, rot, and decay and which contains a wood preservative chemical that is registered with the Department of Pesticide Regulation and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
