§ 8504.1

BPC § 8504.1 Effective Jan 1, 2015Div. 3 · Ch. 14 · Art. 1

“Pesticide” includes any of the following:

(a)Any spray adjuvant.

(b)Any substance, or mixture of substances, which is intended to be used for preventing, destroying, repelling, or mitigating any pest or organism.
