View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)For purposes of this section, “valid email address” means an email address at which the applicant or certificate holder is currently receiving email regarding their licensed activities at the time the application or renewal is submitted to the board. A personal email address of an applicant or certificate holder shall not be considered a valid email address and is not required to be provided by the applicant or certificate holder.
(b)An applicant or renewing certificate holder who has a valid email address shall provide that email address to the board at the time of application or renewal.
(c)An applicant or certificate holder shall notify the board within 30 days of any change to their valid email address on file with the board.
