§ 7871

Statute text

It shall be the duty of the respective officers charged with the enforcement of laws and ordinances to prosecute all persons charged with the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. It shall be the duty of the executive officer of the board, under the direction of the board, to aid these officers in the enforcement of this chapter.
