View on leginfo.ca.govNo licensee, or officer, partner, member, manager, qualified manager, or employee of a licensee, shall knowingly make any false report to his or her employer or client for whom information is being obtained. A violation of this section may result in a fine of one hundred dollars ($100) for the first violation, and five hundred dollars ($500) for each subsequent violation.
