View on leginfo.ca.govNo licensee shall transfer his or her license. This means that no licensee shall permit an employee or agent, in his or her own name, to advertise, engage clients, furnish reports or present bills to clients, or in any manner perform any activities for which a license is required under this chapter. A violation of this section may result in a fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each violation.
