§ 7599.20

Statute text

For purposes of this article, “branch office” means any additional location, other than the alarm company operator’s principal place of business, where the selling, monitoring, installation, or servicing of alarms is administered, directed, or controlled. A telephone answering service or a telephone call forwarding device shall not be deemed to be a branch office.
