§ 7591.12

Statute text

(a)When considering the denial, suspension, or revocation of a license, certificate, or registration, for which application has been made under this chapter, the chief, in evaluating the rehabilitation of the applicant and his or her present eligibility for a license, certificate, or registration shall consider all the following criteria:

(1)The nature and severity of the act or crime under consideration as grounds for denial.

(2)Total criminal record.
