§ 7586.5

Statute text

A license or branch office certificate which is not renewed within three years after its expiration may not be renewed, restored, reinstated, or reissued thereafter. The holder of the license or certificate may obtain a new license or certificate only on compliance with all of the provisions of this chapter relating to the issuance of an original license or certificate.
