§ 7585.3

Statute text

(a)Any institution, firm, participating tribe, or individual wishing the approval of the bureau to offer the firearms course shall complete an application for certification as a firearms training facility. The application shall be in a form prescribed by the chief and shall include, but not be limited to, the following information:

(1)The name, business address, and telephone number of the institution, firm, entity, or individual.

(2)A detailed description of the places, days, and times the course will be offered.
