§ 4999.12

Statute text

For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Board” means the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

(b)“Accredited” means a school, college, or university accredited by a regional or national institutional accrediting agency that is recognized by the United States Department of Education.
