§ 4996.14.2

BPC § 4996.14.2 Effective Jan 1, 2022Div. 2 · Ch. 14 · Art. 4

(a)For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:

(1)“Nonexempt setting” means a setting that does not qualify as an exempt setting, as specified in Section 4996.14.
