§ 4980.40

BPC § 4980.40 Effective Jan 1, 2026Div. 2 · Ch. 13 · Art. 1

An applicant for licensure shall satisfy all of the following qualifications:

(a)Meet the educational requirements of Section 4980.36 or both Sections 4980.37 and 4980.41, as applicable.

(b)Be at least 18 years of age.
