BPC § 4928 Effective Jan 1, 2024Div. 2 · Ch. 12 · Art. 1

(a)The Acupuncture Board, which consists of seven members, shall enforce and administer this chapter.

(b)This section shall remain in effect until January 1, 2028, and as of that date is repealed.
