View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)A registration under this chapter may be denied, suspended, revoked, placed on probation, or otherwise subjected to discipline for any of the following by the holder:
(1)Incompetence, gross negligence, or repeated similar negligent acts performed by the registrant.
(2)An act of dishonesty or fraud.
