§ 2458

When the prosecution for a violation of this chapter is initiated by the Osteopathic Medical Board of California, 75 percent of all fines and forfeitures of bail shall be paid upon the collection by the proper officer of the court to the board to be deposited by it to the credit of the contingent fund of the Osteopathic Medical Board of California. The payment to the board shall be made without placing the fine or forfeiture of bail in any special, contingent, or general fund in any city, county, or city and county.
