View on leginfo.ca.govThe provisions of this division do not prohibit the issuance of an off-sale general license for use on part of the same premises for which an off-sale beer and wine license has been issued and is in force, when the two licenses would be held by different persons, provided that such issuance shall be pursuant to rules adopted by the department.
