View on leginfo.ca.govThe department shall send, with each renewal notice to any on-sale or off-sale licensee, information regarding the use of persons under the age of 21 years by peace officers to apprehend licensees, or the employees or agents of licensees, who sell alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years.
