BPC § 22757.3.2 Effective Jan 1, 2026Div. 8 · Ch. 25

(a)A GenAI system hosting platform shall not knowingly make available a GenAI system that does not place disclosures pursuant to Section 22757.3.

(b)This section shall become operative on January 1, 2027.
