View on leginfo.ca.govThe violation of Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 109250) of Part 4 of Division 104 of the Health and Safety Code, or any violation of an injunction or cease and desist order issued under those provisions, relating to the treatment of cancer, constitutes unprofessional conduct.
