View on leginfo.ca.govThe board shall keep a copy of a complaint it receives concerning the unprofessional conduct of a licensee for seven years or until the statute of limitations for filing an accusation against a licensee has expired, whichever period is shorter, if the board finds after an investigation that there is insufficient evidence to proceed with disciplinary action.
