View on leginfo.ca.govA violation of any provision of this article, except subdivision (b) of Section 21666, is a misdemeanor and may be punishable by up to six months in county jail, a fine of fifty dollars ($50) for the first violation, one hundred dollars ($100) for the second violation, and two hundred dollars ($200) for the third and subsequent violations.
