View on leginfo.ca.govA person may not obtain a new license of the same class as the license held during the last preceding license period, but may renew the license previously held by him or her on payment of the renewal fee and delinquency fee in effect on the last regular renewal date before the date on which he or she applies for renewal provided the license has not been canceled in accordance with Section 19170.5.
