§ 19100

BPC § 19100 Effective Jan 1, 2022Div. 8 · Ch. 3 · Art. 5.5

For the purposes of this article, the following definitions apply:

(a)“Chemical” has the same meaning as in subdivision (a) of Section 19094.

(b)“Consumer price index” has the same meaning as in subdivision (a) of Section 19094.
