View on leginfo.ca.gov“School, college, or university” means a secondary school, the University of California, a California State University, public community college, or any other private, postsecondary educational institution meeting the requirements of Section 94739, or Article 8 (commencing with Section 94900) or Article 9 (commencing with Section 94915) of Chapter 7 of Part 59 of the Education Code.
