View on leginfo.ca.govAny person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable for a civil penalty not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each violation, and any superior court of this state shall have jurisdiction in equity on the complaint of any interested person to restrain and enjoin the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
