View on leginfo.ca.govAny person violating the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment of not less than 10 days nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
