View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)It is the purpose of the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation to provide restitution to a person aggrieved, subject to the limitations set forth in this article. The restitution is secondary only to any relief, compensation, or reimbursement to which a person aggrieved may be entitled under any of the following:
(1)A Consumer Protection Deposit Plan, as described in subdivision (b) of Section 17550.16.
(2)A Consumer Protection Escrow Plan, as described in subdivision (c) of Section 17550.16.
