View on leginfo.ca.govThe board, or any member or officer thereof, may prefer a complaint for violation of this chapter, or any part thereof, before any court of competent jurisdiction, and may by its officers, counsel and agents, assist in presenting the law or facts at the trial. The district attorney of each county in this State shall prosecute all violations of this chapter in their respective counties in which the violations occur.
