Date last observed: 14-may-26; time last observed: 6:32 pm; floor: 16; unit: 1620; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling insects/rodents; ; additional information: i first observed roach activity in my unit on may 1, 2026 and submitted a maintenance request to property management. the landlord/property management sent an exterminator; however, the issue has continued and does not appear to be isolated to my individual unit. in my unit, i have continued to observe roach activity, including near the stove and kitchen cabinet area. i have also observed droppings, casings, and filth in that same area, which has made the kitchen feel unsanitary and unsafe to use. the issue has affected my ability to cook, sleep comfortably, have guests over, and peacefully live in my apartment. there is also ongoing roach activity in the hallway/common areas, and other tenants throughout the hall are experiencing roaches as well. the hallway has signs of infestatiNot Active
